Refund at any time. Except as otherwise stated, if a customer requests a refund the money for the requested registration or subscription or any renewal period is refunded back to the customer by contacting customer service here or by emailing us at support@estatementsupport.com. In such case, your subscription will terminate at the end of the subscription term for which you have paid, and you will not receive any refund for any unused days of such subscription term. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation. If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account.
